SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- January 18, 2022 - Qualia, the leading digital real estate closing platform, today announced that the Resware product suite is now integrated directly with its Marketplace product, enabling Resware customers to receive and manage orders, such as title searches, from Core customers via Qualia Marketplace.

Since Qualia acquired Adeptive Software, the developers of Resware, the combined team has been investing heavily in the Resware product experience and growing the Resware development team. This is the first of several direct integrations planned to improve the product experience for Resware users by deepening its native integrations into the rest of the Qualia ecosystem.

Qualia Marketplace allows users to find, order, manage, and measure vendor services as part of their existing workflows within the Qualia platform. In a 2021 survey, Marketplace users reported the product suite reduced the time it takes them to enter title search information into the commitment by 80% on average, helping processors save almost an hour per file. Many respondents to the survey reported it took no time to enter this information because of Qualia's built-in, configurable automations suite.

Marketplace includes thousands of national and local vendors ranging from title search, RON providers, release tracking vendors, and more. This integration provides Marketplace customers with more search vendors, and Resware customers with more opportunities to expand their businesses. Existing Marketplace vendors that use Resware will also see increased efficiencies now that they can receive orders and send back results directly in the platform instead of having to log in to a separate portal.
