Customer Tools

Access management is crucial to the security of your organization. Qualia restricts access to only authenticated and authorized users.

Security Tools and Features for Qualia Users

We offer strong administrative controls for users to customize and tailor within their Qualia deployment. Users can manage access to their Qualia deployments using these features.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication can help protect your account, even in the event an attacker acquires your password, by requiring secondary verification via an authenticator app or SMS text message.

Allowed IPs (aka IP Whitelisting)

By setting an Allowed IPs list, you can limit access to your Qualia deployment to only known, trusted locations.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Integration with your SSO solution via Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) provides both ease of use and granular control over the authentication experience.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Qualia allows you to create and assign roles, ensuring that each user has only the permissions necessary to complete their job function.

Secure Built-In Communications

Documents and order details are shared only with the necessary parties, and only over channels encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher.

Permission Model within Qualia Core

We believe in providing customers the robust ability to manage their accounts to align with their business model. We empower you with the tools you need to control access.

In Qualia Core, administrators have the ability to manage user-level permissions on their account. These permissions include access to orders, contacts, reports, and other categories.

Permission Model within Qualia Connect

Core users who are integrated with Qualia Connect can manage which team members and external parties are included in communications with clients on individual orders.

These communication settings allow agents to specify who will have direct communication with buyers and sellers and who will be designated points of contact with these parties.
