The Qualia Clear Support Assistant is a context-aware AI chat available around the clock. Unlike generic AI tools, it operates inside Qualia Core with full visibility into each file and order, while ensuring information is safe by honoring security standards. This complete view empowers the Support Assistant to help answer complex questions and solve problems tied to specific files. As an example, if a processor runs into a balancing issue, the Support Assistant can read the order, identify the discrepancy, and explain how to resolve it. It also helps team members get the most out of the Qualia platform and routes questions to a support representative when needed, without requiring the user to leave their workflow.

The AI Order Opener reads an uploaded purchase or refinance contract, extracts key order data, and populates Qualia Core automatically. Team members review and approve the results, rather than keying data from scratch. Customers using the AI Order Opener open orders in an average of less than five minutes, with manual rekeying errors eliminated.

The CD Processor reads a lender's closing disclosure, imports all charges into Core, and flags discrepancies between the lender's figures and what is already in the file, turning a painstaking, line-by-line comparison into a process that takes minutes.
