Welcome to the FORES App (the “App”) and thank you for attending the Future of Real Estate Summit (FORES). We hope that your FORES experience is a rewarding one and that the FORES App (the “App”) facilitates a positive experience.
In this privacy notice Qualia may be referred to as we or us. App users, who are typically FORES attendees, will be referred to as you.
By installing, accessing or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that your information, including personal information, may be processed as described in this notice or the Qualia Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the use(s) of your information described in those notices, please do not access or use the App.
1. When you download or use the App or other devices in connection with FORES, we may collect app usage data, including whether the App has been downloaded to your mobile device and when. See the Qualia Privacy Policy for discussion of other device and usage data that may be collected.
2. The App may permit you to engage in some or all of the following activities. In order to provide the relevant feature, we may collect or use your personal information. Depending on the nature of the feature, certain personal information (including about you) may be viewable by other attendees and other app users. Activities may include:

- access the venue map

- submit questions to the speakers
- participate in session polls

- view profiles of other App users or attendees
- see who has viewed your profile
3. Location Information - If you access and use location services in connection with your use of the App, we may receive information about Your location and Your mobile device. We use this information to provide you with location-based services or other content based on your location. Most mobile devices enable you to shut off location-based services; please access your mobile device’s “Settings” for more information.
