Expanded partnership brings together title & escrow operations from the combined Compass and former Anywhere companies onto a single platform, connecting the closing experience for real estate professionals and their clients
San Francisco, CA, October 8, 2026: Qualia, the leading provider of AI-powered title, escrow, and real estate closing software, today announced an expanded partnership with Compass International Holdings to bring title & escrow operations across Compass Integrated Services’ companies onto the Qualia platform. The decision extends a relationship that began several years ago and now covers one of the largest title & escrow operations in the United States.
The two companies have worked together since 2023. Compass built its proprietary one-click title ordering integration on Qualia so real estate professionals can place title orders directly from their main workspace, the Home Platform, and follow the file as it progresses, leveraging Qualia APIs. Agents who use the integration attach title & escrow at roughly twice the rate of agents who do not. For Compass, the expanded partnership supports a broader effort to connect the transaction end to end for real estate professionals and their clients.
Following the company’s merger with Anywhere Real Estate, Compass International Holdings will bring its title operations from across its companies onto the same platform, replacing the separate systems the combined organization inherited.
The first Compass International Holdings title company is going live on October 12, with additional companies set to follow over the course of 2027. When the rollout is complete, Qualia's footprint across Compass Integrated Services' title companies will have grown more than fivefold.
