Join our Resware engineering team as a Feature Lead Software Engineer, where you'll drive the development of new features and modernize our suite of applications. With a focus on autonomy and innovation, you'll lead the charge in bringing cutting-edge ideas to life, enhancing our products for tens of thousands of users. Projects include building modern REST APIs, integrating LLMs, and transitioning WinForms applications to WPF for superior user experiences.
You've been in the industry for a while and have a proven track record of getting it done. You are comfortable taking full responsibility for complex, high-liability projects where the impact of the quality of your work matters. You've dealt with the consequences of your mistakes, and know how to fight fires as necessary. You've thrived in many different environments and realize that each team is unique.
Colorado Applicants: This role has a base annual salary of $160,000-$180,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
