Resware is Qualia's premier on-premise title production product, providing unmatched customization and configuration capabilities for enterprise title organizations operating at scale. Title and escrow companies across the country rely on Resware to manage their operations and successfully close thousands of transactions every year. While part of the Qualia portfolio of solutions, the Resware team operates as a dedicated business unit, including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support, focused on serving the unique needs of enterprise title and escrow organizations through its on-premise solution.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong product-centric mindset who understands that quality solutions stem from deep collaboration with our Product team. In this role, you'll work closely with Product to analyze customer needs and craft innovative, high-quality software that addresses real-world problems. Your technical expertise, aligned with strategic product insights, will ensure that our engineering solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
You'll contribute to the development of new features and modernize our suite of applications. With a focus on autonomy and innovation, you'll bring cutting-edge ideas to life, enhancing our products for tens of thousands of users. Projects include building responsive UIs with React, modern REST APIs, and integrating the latest technologies.
You have experience shipping quality software and a proven track record of getting it done. You are comfortable taking full responsibility for complex, high-impact projects where the quality of your work matters. You've learned from mistakes, know how to troubleshoot production issues, and adapt effectively to different team environments.
We are a remote-first development organization that values flexibility in how our teams work. In addition to supporting fully remote roles, we have offices in Austin and San Francisco, with a hybrid option available for those who live near an office and prefer in-person collaboration.
This role has a base annual salary of $150,000-$175,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
