As Qualia embarks on its next phase of growth, we are seeking a VP of Enterprise Sales to help fuel our continued success. Our rapidly growing Enterprise Sales team is a high-powered account acquisition machine. With a focus on national enterprise accounts and the leading high-growth proptech players across the United States, we work with some of the largest companies in the country with ties to the real estate transaction. As VP or Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for growing our enterprise customer base through precise management, skilled coaching, and inspired leadership. The ideal candidate for the role is committed to winning, and has a proven track record of success leading sales teams to impressive results, which includes beating quota regularly. You not only possess the ability to lead people well, but also have deep experience negotiating complex six and seven figure contracts, a formidable understanding of repeatable Enterprise SaaS sales models, a strong sense of ownership, and a comfort working in a fast-paced, continuously evolving startup environment.
