WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

The Vendor Partnership Manager is directly responsible for vendor success within the Qualia Marketplace platform. They are charged with driving adoption and expanding representation with national and local vendors, with opportunities to up-sell enhanced API integrations. Their day to day consists of onboarding, demoing, training, and troubleshooting the vendor management platform directly within the Qualia Marketplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Services Account Directors and Core Platform Account Executives to drive commercial outcomes with Enterprise customers and their vendor partner network
  • Monitor tickets and other requests from vendors needing guidance on using the Marketplace
  • Work with Manager, Marketplace and Services to ensure satisfactory resolution of any vendor related issues, inquiries, etc.
  • Develop and maintain support content as needed for internal and external stakeholders including support, sales, and customer success
  • Address and respond to customer concerns over vendor errors or complaints
  • Research and resolve billing, performance, or questions
  • Source and onboard new vendors to expand the marketplace product offerings
  • Uncover opportunities and lead negotiations to expand vendor partnerships into API integrations
  • Partner with Marketing to develop vendor engagement initiatives
  • Research and develop recommendations for product improvements
