WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Our team is growing rapidly and seeking out a talented Technical Recruiter to help scale our incredibly talented engineering team. You will work with Qualia’s engineering team to manage the recruitment process from start to finish - defining skill sets and creating new job descriptions, spreading the word and screening candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and overseeing the offer process. You are detail-oriented, organized, and personable. A successful candidate for this role will be able to paint a compelling picture of our company's vision and team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience for everyone you engage with
  • Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams
  • Partner with hiring manager to understand priorities, team goals, company culture, position profile and other key success factors
  • Craft holistic recruiting strategies
  • Manage hiring manager expectations and developing an unbiased and efficient interview process
  • Leverage a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel
  • Build an inclusive workforce and culture
  • Implement and drive strategies to identify and attract passive candidates
  • Maintain reports and performance metrics

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience at a high growth technology company
  • Strong understanding and curiosity of the current technology landscape
  • A consultative mindset to diagnose challenges and problem solve
  • Strong track record of scaling companies and technical teams
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
  • Excellent representative of Qualia: Professional, articulate, knowledgeable and thoughtful
  • Strong team player, but still a self-starter
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
