A key aspect of our growth strategy in the coming year will include launching partnerships with large, established, and tech-forward players within the real estate ecosystem. We are looking to bring on a Strategic Launch Manager to work closely with our High-Growth Account Sales team to bring these complex commercial partnerships to life. This role, which sits on our Product Marketing team, offers a unique opportunity to lead the go-to-market strategy and launch for our most critical and high-growth clients. From day one you will have the ability to make a very significant impact on company growth by helping Qualia partner with some of the biggest names in the industry.

We are specifically looking for an experienced Product Marketer with a track record of launching highly complex products or partnerships. You must be a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and expert influencer with the demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment. Most importantly, you're energized by driving large projects with many stakeholders and moving parts to flawless completion. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing.


  • Work closely with our High Growth sales leadership to communicate the mutual benefits of partnership as well as help craft the commercial details
  • Work closely with Product to support requirements gathering for any product-related changes needed to meet partnership goals
  • Develop relationships with senior-level partner stakeholders in order to align on joint success criteria for launch as well as manage any issues that may arise
  • Create and quarterback Qualia-side launch plan, including ensuring that internal collaborators (Demand Gen, Product, Sales, Support) complete launch-related activities on time
  • Build all messaging related to partnership and launch, including both benefits for target audience(s) as well as high-level partnership messaging for joint promotion; work closely with partner stakeholders to ensure messaging and co-branding is in alignment
  • Support creation of webinars, event content, customer testimonials, etc, as needed to ensure a successful launch


  • 5+ years of proven experience in a product marketing or in a partner management role with experience launching and developing messaging for new partnerships
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including ability to write compelling copy
  • Comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams and leadership, including external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing and meeting deadlines for large projects with many stakeholders and moving parts
  • High energy, well organized self-starter with an obsession for detail
  • Experience in the real estate or banking/lending industry (a plus but not required)
