As a Strategic Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of Qualia’s largest new customers. This will require building strong relationships and partnerships with our strategic customers and cross-functional teams involved in the sales and implementation process including Sales, CS, and Product. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing mutually agreed implementation plans and keeping all internal stakeholders informed of progress and risks throughout the implementation. You will advise customers on best practices for onboarding, training, transition, and adoption to help drive the customers’ business toward their goals.
To be successful, you should possess strong project management skills, the ability to navigate executive stakeholders, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Other traits that will lead to your success in this role are innovative, persuasive, creative, and have a genuine curiosity in your clients’ business. You're driven by data, but also possess high empathy that allows you to connect with customers and proactively help take their business to the next level.
