Qualia is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and Analytics who will lead the vision, strategy and execution for the Marketing Operations and Analytics team. You will be responsible for leading the team that ensures efficient investment and accountability across the Qualia marketing department by driving process development, budget administration, and marketing analytics. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead the team that is responsible for target setting, measurement, reporting and insights generation.


  • Manage marketing metrics and ROI, systems, and maintain data integrity
  • Define the Marketing Operations and Analytics vision and strategy that enables intelligent decisions through actionable insights
  • Provide structured insights, reports and tools that will lead to higher team productivity
  • Craft and socialize stories built on data that enables the team to make better decisions
  • Oversee standardization and consistency of reporting across teams
  • Manage the team building the marketing operations and analytics roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department
  • Administer the marketing budget and ensure marketing costs are tracked correctly
  • Partner with the rest of the marketing team to enable correct and efficient reporting on key acquisition metrics by channel and tactic
  • Continually work to simplify systems and processes, avoiding customization bloat and over-engineered processes
  • Manage, build, and lead a strong team by coaching and developing existing and future team members


  • 8+ years in Marketing, Sales and/or Product operations and analytics
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Direct experience in enterprise software industry and SaaS
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Extremely analytical and strategic, balanced with strong tactical execution
  • Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
  • Outstanding business acumen with an understanding of business drivers and how to drive meaningful insights from data
  • Proven track record of coaching/mentoring individual contributors into more senior roles
  • Knowledge and practical application of advanced statistical analysis and mathematical modeling concepts and principles a strong plus
  • Management consulting or Investment banking experience preferred
