As a security compliance manager, you will work to build, manage, and mentor a team of security compliance analysts. You and your team will be responsible for shaping a practical and efficient Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program, and will collaborate with principals from within and without the business to implement and continuously improve it.
As a security compliance manager, you are an excellent leader, collaborator, and communicator. You enjoy being a mentor, encouraging your team to grow in their careers and skill sets. You have experience working with GRC programs, and have dealt with (and learned from) the consequences of your mistakes.
