The Customer Success organization comprises ~80 people in different departments and your direct team, the CS Ops team, currently has 4 other members who are excited to bring you on board. You’re not scared of getting your hands dirty in our Salesforce instance and are prepared for the challenge of taking it to the next level.


  • Architecting and envisioning new process for the Customer Success team and following through by operationalizing those ideas into new technical frameworks
  • Maintaining and updating a heavily built out instance - identifying gaps in workflows, and bringing solutions to the surface to help drive efficiency across the various teams in the CS organization including CSMs, Renewals, Onboarding, Support, and Expansion Sales
  • Creatively and scalably building new automations using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
  • Managing data integrations between SFDC and other tools in the CS tech stack such as Gainsight, Talkdesk, Github, and more
  • Working with custom objects, record types, page layouts, and Light App Builder as well as permission sets, role hierarchies, profile settings, and other similarly delightful SFDC set up minutia
  • Building reporting and dashboards for all levels of the CS Org by including utilizing row level formulas, summary formulas, and Data Connector
  • Ensuring data integrity by running regular audits, creating creating clean up automations, and using external clean up tools
  • This role is currently remote. Once our office in Austin reopens, this role will operate out of our Austin location.


  • 2-3 years of experience working with SFDC and other tech stacks
  • SFDC Certified preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel
  • Basic formula writing experience in Excel/Salesforce/other programs using similar syntax
  • A desire to improve on outdated and faulty processes and build new ones of your own
  • Independent self-starter and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • The ability to communicate and provide complex solutions in a consumable way to non-technical peers and users
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity, solve problems and think on your feet
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to do what it takes
