Project Manager – Resware

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to help fuel Qualia's rapid growth. The Project Manager will work with the Resware Expert Services team and monitor project timelines and budgets, to ensure that projects are completed within the expected scope. The ideal candidate for this role has had previous project management experience and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple parties to reach a common goal. You'll be responsible for reporting status on various projects and alerting team members and managers when projects are falling outside the desired scope. You will work on all onboarding client projects, as well as special client projects to make sure that client project budgets are met. You will also analyze and report KPIs that are notable to the Director of Expert Services, so any arising issues can be handled proactively with clients. Often, you will need to reach out and collaborate with multiple teams in order to bring the project together on time and on budget.


  • Our Project Managers coordinate with Account Directors and our Expert Services staff to develop our customer Statements of Work (SOW) and to assist in managing the SOW to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget. In addition to managing Expert Services engagements, Project Managers manage integration projects by working with the Manager of Expert Services, our engineering team, and sponsor customers
  • Their responsibilities include developing strong and consultative relationships with all teams involved in the Resware platform, but particularly Account Management, Expert Services, and Engineering
    • Meet with Account Managers, Expert Service Specialists, Leadership (VP, Customer Success; VP, Product Management; and VP, Engineering) to gather specific requirements of each project and build comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and Adeptive staff
    • Track, analyze, and forecast project performance
    • Identify, validate, and execute on plans to remediate issues within projects
    • Deliver weekly, monthly and annual status reports on assigned projects


  • 3 -- 5 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager, Project Lead, or Program Manager
  • Experience with implementing enterprise software
  • Experience contributing or leading process improvement initiatives
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • At least a Bachelor's degree (optional)
  • Experience and knowledge of the Real Estate Title Insurance industry (optional)
  • Experience with our product, ResWare (optional)
  • PMP Certification (optional)
