Qualia is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. Success in this role means developing a deep understanding of our customers, their challenges, and how Qualia can help drive positive outcomes for them. This includes turning insights into compelling messaging, personas, battle cards, marketing campaigns, launches, and sale enablement materials. Being collaborative, innovative, influential, and approaching initiatives in a data-driven manner are critical for this role.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, empathic, self-starter who is passionate about building new programs (strategy, execution, and everything in between) that help build the business.


  • Develop a deep understanding of your target market, including buyer personas, key use cases, and customer needs
  • Develop external marketing content and sales enablement collateral that scale our GTM programs, drive pipeline, find new buyers, and cross-sell into existing accounts
  • Create compelling, comprehensive, and easy-to-understand internal assets, competitive positioning, FAQs, and other enablement materials
  • Work closely with the demand generation and field marketing teams to ensure effective thought leadership and ongoing relevance in the market to drive demand generation and pipeline
  • Conduct competitive intelligence & market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for future GTM programs
  • Draw on qualitative and quantitative insights to understand product adoption, usage, and retention across customer segments
  • Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
  • Recommend new product ideas and marketing strategies


  • 5+ years experience in marketing for a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets
  • Proven ability in launching and growing innovative messaging programs
  • Self starter that can successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance while balancing multiple priorities and goals
  • Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to work well cross-functionally
  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the real estate industry preferred but not required
