As Qualia scales, enabling a rich ecosystem of industry and channel partners to market themselves alongside us will be critical to our next phase of growth. Our partner ecosystem today is broad, and can include anyone from industry influencers to existing customers to IT providers / consultants. We are currently only scratching the surface of unlocking the potential of these partners when it comes to growth.

We are looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to work closely with our Industry Relations and Sales teams to devise, launch, and optimize multiple partner programs in order to 'activate' these groups and supercharge our pipeline. The individual in this role will fully lead go-to-market strategy formation as well as tactical development of value prop messaging, marketing collateral, and program execution (campaign planning) across all partner segments. This is a strategic, high-ownership role that reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing.


  • Partner closely with our Industry Relations and Sales leadership to develop the ground-up strategy for engaging high-value partner segments
  • Create and "kit up" assets for industry partner education and campaign fulfillment, including joint-value playbooks, product collateral, case studies, webinars, and more
  • Launch and create associated marketing materials for a program to engage with and drive leads from real estate tech IT consultants / service providers
  • Create and execute on a referral program for existing customers and vendors to help generate leads, including building associated messaging around joint value prop
  • Work closely with our Demand Gen and Customer Marketing teams to provide ongoing support for all partner marketing campaigns
  • Be the sole owner and strategic leader for all of our current and future Partner Marketing efforts


  • 6-8+ years of proven experience in a product marketing or partner marketing role
  • Experience with developing high-level strategy in addition to executing
  • Great storyteller and communicator, with the ability to quickly identify and distill value propositions
  • Experience developing partner lead pipeline through compelling marketing materials
  • Comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams and leadership, including external stakeholders
  • High energy, well organized self-starter with an ownership mentality
  • Experience in the real estate or banking/lending industry a plus (but not required)
