About the job

We have ambitious growth goals and are seeking a deep thinker who can efficiently pull together insights and data to help drive high quality real-time decision making across the company, and to own analytics and operational reporting for the VP of Marketing.

Key objectives include helping your business partners understand campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will wear the hats of data analyst, product manager, and strategy consultant, and be a pivotal member operation team

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day

  • Metrics and Reporting: Own of our growth and demand gen metrics and effectively serve as the product manager for reporting. Ensure that every partner you work with understands their performance and can leverage the data they may require to optimize their campaigns.
  • Insights and Analysis: Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement as well as be the go-to person for bold, challenging, strategic questions. Regularly develop insightful analyses that guide decision making for your business partners.
  • Storytelling: Develop compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Here’s what we're looking for

This position is right for you if you have strong understanding of B2B go-to-market (and empathy for demand gen marketers!), strong quantitative reasoning, and excellent written and verbal communication skills since collaboration and teamwork in this role is key. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced high growth environment with technology companies, SaaS or enterprise software.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years related work experience marketing or sales operations, management consulting or related field
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced highly demanding environment
  • Expert Excel data modeling and analysis skills
  • Excellent Salesforce reporting skills
  • Advanced SQL and fluency working with large data sets / data warehousing
  • Experience in B2B marketing analytics highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance or other analytics related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Industry experience in one or more statistical tools (Python/pandas, R)
