Qualia is seeking a Manager, Title Services, to oversee the title production process of an order from search to examination to curative and clear to close. An ideal candidate has significant experience working for a large to medium-sized title agent and/or underwriter focusing on different transaction types and will have a history of managing title production staff in a high-volume, high-functioning environment. They will have performed title searches, examinations, and/or title curative functions across multiple states and have managed team members and/or third-party vendors to do the same. They promote a good balance between speed of production and quality and completeness of the search product. They are passionate about creating a positive customer experience on every transaction.
This role is remote and has a base annual salary of $100,000.00 to $115,000.00, plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
