We seek an Account Executive for Qualia's rapidly growing lender team. Qualia is transforming how mortgage lenders collaborate with key partners in the ever complex US Real Estate market and is looking for a performance centric sales professional that is both inspired by a quota and enjoys selling emerging products.

The lender team is focused on winning new deals in the mortgage lending space by leveraging account-based sales. Increasing market share in the mortgage lending space will allow us to achieve our mission of making it easy for people in the US to buy and sell homes. That only happens through skilled sales execution.


  • Full sales-cycle ownership from prospect to close
  • Manage your business pipeline and develop a strategy in an account-based sale
  • Generate pipeline from named Accounts through outbound phone and email outreach
  • Timely follow up and qualification of new prospects from events
  • Research accounts, identify key contacts, generate interest and understand vendor approval processes
  • Develop a high level of product expertise to lead product demos to target accounts
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and pipeline metrics
  • Manage and maintain accurate contacts, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce
  • Leverage tools in our sales tech stack with proficiency, which includes Outreach, Demandbase, Gong and others
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets


  • 1+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales
  • 2+ years in sales
  • Experience selling to Lenders preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit who can find creative solutions to win deals
  • Fearless hunter that enjoys generating their own business
  • Sense of curiosity and is adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Highly disciplined with a strong command to control the sales process
  • Inspirational and professional communicator in any medium (e.g. presentation, video, live, phone, email)
  • Willingness to be coached and apply feedback to their sales process
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity, solve problems and think on your feet
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
