Then this role may be for you! As a Learning and Development specialist, you will work with senior L&D members to bring new hires through our robust and comprehensive onboarding process. Specifically, you will focus on the first few weeks of a new hire's Qualia career. You will host and moderate discussions about real estate, the title industry, and the Qualia product line. Between onboarding classes, you will create, audit, and edit training content to empower all Qualians with foundational industry and product knowledge. We're looking for a person who is a self-starter, highly collaborative worker, and has the ability to context-switch.
