In this role, you will be leading and coaching a team of 7-10 partner sales representatives to successfully grow and activate our ecosystem of industry advocates and build sales pipeline. You'll establish and own KPIs while consistently monitoring, tracking results, and driving team execution to meet and exceed sales goals. To be successful in this role, you'll have experience working in an ambiguous, high-performance, and high-accountability environment.


  • Hire, coach and develop a high-powered partner team that continually executes against a well-defined partner account management and sales process
  • Execute against a partner sales strategy that leads to driving partner advocacy, beating pipeline generation targets, and expansion of our rapidly growing customer base
  • Provide visibility and set clear expectations with sales leadership via effective pipeline management, attentive people management, and strong strategic analysis
  • Conduct analysis of both sales metrics and your team's execution of the teams process leading to a deep understanding of the team's strengths and weaknesses
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Revenue Operations to partner on actionable strategies and initiatives that enable acceleration of revenue and cross-functional success
  • Own and assist on any partner escalations with internal and external teams
  • Foster a culture of trust, teamwork, excellence, and empowerment


  • 3+ years of software partner/channel sales with a proven track record as a top performer
  • 1+ years of experience leading a successful partner/channel sales team to stellar results
  • A high-energy, creative, and resourceful people manager who demonstrates outstanding leadership skills, business ownership, and personal accountability
  • Extremely analytical and passionate about process improvements with the ability to turn analysis into actionable insights and see those initiatives through to completion
  • Fearless, effectual sales skill coach who can hold reps accountable and work well in a team selling environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach and conversational intelligence tools like Gong
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, building consensus across the organization and working closely with leadership
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited direction and simultaneous projects
  • Willing to travel 10-20%
