As an Enterprise Partner Account Director on the Business Development team, you will prospect, develop, and advance new sales opportunities for the Qualia Assure Underwriter Management System. You will be responsible for driving new business by converting existing underwriter partners and other underwriters into customers. You will be working side-by-side with the Director of Business Development in advancing and closing deals, and receive support from and extensively collaborate with Product and Marketing.


  • Thoroughly learn and understand the Assure product (as well as the Qualia agent platform and underwriter integrations), including versions that are currently available and the future product development roadmap
  • Demo current products and be able to speak to future development, including what we can and can't agree to provide
  • Learn about the product's key differentiators and develop segment-specific value propositions for different types of prospects (large vs small underwriters, etc.)
  • Partner with other members of the of Business Development team to build account plans and advance opportunities
  • Build relationships with key strategic stakeholders while maintaining existing partnerships alongside the Business Development team
  • Own your numbers to consistently meet and exceed your activity goals to build a strong pipeline
  • Conduct active research to understand prospects' culture, view on technology, and success metrics so you can add value throughout your interactions and become a trusted advisor


  • Proven success generating demand for complex enterprise solutions
  • Consistent overperformance in previous roles
  • Experience building relationships, presenting and selling to C-suite level decision makers across multiple functions
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospective accounts and identify problems and opportunities for each of them
  • Easily builds authentic relationships and collaborates closely with teammates
  • 3+ years in a similar role
