Enterprise Account Executive

Our products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. The Enterprise Accounts team is tasked with building relationships with Top 200 organizations in the title industry and helping them transition to Qualia's settlement and closing software.


  • Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for generating closed won opportunities
  • Own the account from Day One through Closed Won
  • Tasked with developing a high level of product expertise that allows the EAE to independently set and hold intro calls
  • Charged with driving the entire sales process by partnering with our sales engineering team, sdr team, onboarding team, and more
  • Expected to travel when needed to perform on-site evaluations and demos as well as attend National title events


  • 7+ years in sales; 5+ years in full-cycle SaaS-based environment
  • Experience selling complex software products into enterprise level companies
  • Able to build out complex proposals including detailed SOWs and skilled at contract negotiation
  • Ability to manage your business pipeline and develop a strategy in an account-based sale
  • Independent self-starter and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • You are creative in closing complex sales opportunities
  • You are curious and self motivated
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
