We’re a fast growing real estate technology company located in Downtown San Francisco. We’ve made it possible for home buyers and sellers to close their homes right on their phones. Our platform brings everyone involved in the home closing process – lenders, realtors, title agents, home buyers and sellers – onto one shared, secure, mobile system of record. We’ve grown quickly and now about 10% of all U.S. real estate transactions close through Qualia.

Along the way, we've raised $40+ million in funding from 8VC, Menlo Ventures, Bienville Capital, Barry Sternlicht, and others. Our growth is accelerating and we’re looking for a Demand Gen leader who wants to join our team.


  • Develop email campaigns and workflows, including template design, messaging development, list creation, email setup, marketing automation, and performance tracking
  • Work with content and product marketing teams to develop landing page templates and designs utilizing personalization to effectively communicate with our target markets
  • Utilize segmentation, automation and customization to create targeted and effective email nurture campaigns
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics across the marketing organization utilizing a state of the art account-based marketing and attribution system
  • Participate as a member of the Marketing Operations team in setting departmental goals, analyzing workflow processes, and maintaining cross-departmental operations coordination
  • Grow our acquisition, retention and activation rates by thinking end-to-end across the customer journey


  • 2-3 years of email marketing experience with focuses on effective A/B testing of messaging and email cadence optimization
  • Hand-on experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, and Pardot (Hubspot preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Campaigns and reporting functionality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use said skills to address complex problems and come up with creative solutions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business a plus
  • Intermediate HTML & CSS experience preferred
  • Familiarity with different types of attribution modeling and tools like Engagio or Full Circle Insights a bonus
