What You'd Work On

All of our teams are growing quickly across both our San Francisco and Austin offices (this role is based in San Francisco). Your role is to ensure we attract and hire the right people to fuel that growth. We are looking to fill a variety of positions in the short term, with accelerating expansion throughout this year and into the future. You will create and execute our recruiting strategy while working with hiring managers to define open roles, determine the characteristics of ideal candidates, and attract the best talent available.


  • Full cycle recruiting for all departments, including technical, non-technical, and leadership positions
  • Evaluate, streamline, and improve current recruiting tools, technologies, and processes
  • Prioritize and champion candidate experience with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives such as interview training and employer branding
  • Manage our online recruiting presence on sites like Glassdoor, AngelList, etc.
  • Be an integral partner to the Director of HR to close candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding into the company
  • Source candidates from a variety of channels
  • Build relationships with and manage external sources of talent
  • Organize and run recruiting events like career fairs and open houses
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate travel
  • Work with hiring managers to plan and manage the recruiting process internally
  • Send out offers and close candidates
  • Build the Talent Acquisition team starting from scratch


  • Talent acquisition experience at high growth technology companies
  • Able to work on both recruiting strategy and execution in a scaling organization
  • Experience managing a successful talent team (preferred)
  • Proven ability to recruit for technical and non-technical roles in a competitive market
  • Experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse and other recruiting tools
  • Able to apply effective sourcing strategies and tactics through multiple channels to fill positions quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and ability to balance competing interests
  • Bachelor's degree
