Ready to build the go-to-market operations for a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company? As Director, Marketing Operations, you will do just that. The Revenue Operations team is building the blueprint to help Qualia scale. Our goal: Support our go-to-market partners and help Qualia realize revenue faster and more predictably. In this role, you will work directly with our Demand Generation, Marketing, SDR, & Operations teams to help accelerate revenue from Qualia's top-of-funnel. Do you love working with partners? As Director, Marketing Operations, you'll focus on:

  • Lead a Marketing Operations and Analytics team that enables high-performance, data-driven B2B marketing.
  • Drive the marketing technology roadmap. Evaluate, select, implement and customize automation tools to meet the needs of the marketing department.
  • Closely collaborate with sales, GTM operations, and across marketing functions, including content, comms and product marketing, to ensure the development and delivery of effective and efficient programs.
  • Manage reporting and analytics for key marketing programs (digital marketing, demand creation, field events, customer advocacy).
  • Develop and manage marketing program budgets; measure and optimize marketing programs to ensure activities deliver high ROI.
  • Continually work to simplify systems and processes, avoiding customization bloat and over-engineered processes.
  • Support the execution of account-based marketing strategies.
  • Assist VPs of Finance and Marketing with quarterly/monthly business reporting, strategic planning, forecasting, target setting, and OKR management.

  • A strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small. Candidates who excel both at project planning and leading hands-on execution are strongly preferred.
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you.
  • Keen analysis skills: You know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions we can take based upon the results.
  • Concise communication of data and insights: You create compelling presentations and can lead executives through data deep-dives.
  • Project management experience: You can scope a complex project, break it into chunks, and execute against a work plan. You communicate deliverables regularly and avoid preventable fire drills.
  • You love partnering: You maximize impact through partnership with teams across the organization.
  • 8-10 years of ever-increasing responsibility in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy within a B2B SaaS company.
