WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to support our enterprise segment. The Demand Generation Manager will oversee account-based marketing campaigns focused on high-volume settlement agencies. The ideal candidate for this role is ambitious, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a knack for managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and execution of multi-touch, multi-dimensional 1:few and 1:many ABM marketing programs while collaborating closely with the rest of the marketing team to plan required assets, web journeys, and email touchpoints
  • Manage the new business enterprise marketing funnel, ensuring delivery of MQAs and converted pipeline to meet quarterly targets
  • Deploy account-specific ads campaigns, ensuring the right content reaches the right buyer at the right time
  • Collaborate cross functionally with sales leadership, AEs, and SDRs
  • Use martech stack to drive engagement and pipeline from target accounts
  • Partner with design and content teams to brief, develop, and deliver creative assets for campaigns
  • Create quarterly and annual marketing plans by theme and channel
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through segmentation, techniques, and processes.

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 5+ years of experience driving B2B SaaS marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, with a focus on measurement and reporting
  • 2+ years of experience using marketing technology to build, automate, execute and measure target-account marketing programs
  • Proven success in delivering, accelerating and expanding sales pipeline with an ABM motion
  • Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot (or other marketing automation tool), and 6Sense (or other ABM platform)
  • Must be comfortable with reporting and communicating campaign efforts and impact across the organization
  • Analytically inclined with exceptional organizational skills and a rigorous attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
  • Experience within real estate and mortgage lending industries (Optional)
