Deal Desk Specialist

You will be a point person on the Deal Desk team and will help support the Sales and Customer Success organizations with opportunity management, contract review, billing and assist in navigating unique contracts that are outside our standard terms. Deal Desk is responsible for ensuring that billing matches an executed contract and all billing related questions. You will work collaboratively with Finance, Legal, Sales and Customer Success to ensure orders are booked and closed in an efficient and accurate manner.


  • You will be responsible for ensuring each deal is structured and processed inline with the company policies and confirming all deals are closed with the appropriate information
  • Help maintain data integrity and record keeping for various deals and renewals
  • Manage / complete Deal Desk cases that are submitted from the revenue generating teams
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on non-standard deal constructs, special pricing, operations, approval policies, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional teams including CS, Finance and Legal to resolve deal issues on behalf of sales
  • Maintain scalable operations and feedback loop to the business to increase deal velocity and efficiency
  • Effectively escalate new solution use-cases outside of current approval processes
  • Ability to manage and work through end of month and end of quarter volumes


  • 1 year of experience managing contracts, deal structures
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of the company's products
  • Ability to work on many deals simultaneously, handling adversarial conversations in a firm but calm manner
  • Exceptional organizational experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, technical and communication skills
