As a Customer Success Specialist your goal is to ensure customers are using Qualia in the most effective and efficient way possible! This role is best suited for hard working individuals with a strong desire to see customers succeed. You’re a people person, out-going and passionate about engaging and helping customers. You have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with.
