As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to help fuel Qualia's rapid growth. The Customer Engagement Manager is a strategic player on the CS team to help drive adoption through educational resources. The ideal candidate for this role thrives on content strategy, identifying gaps and has strong project management skills. You will work with various stakeholders across the company from product, marketing and various CS teams!


  • Develop Qualia's customer content strategy to help drive onboarding, continued education, product adoption and increased revenue spend via upsell products
  • Develop, manage and optimize customer's user communication touch points designed to increase enrollment, engagement, adoption, and LTV with a data driven approach
  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase customer retention and advocacy
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal on messaging strategy, content development, and campaign execution
  • Develop and measure customer retention and user engagement related goals and KPIs to report out regularly
  • Own Knowledge Base, Qualia University, Customer Comms
  • Own new product launches to create educational content for our customer base to ensure adoption is top of mind


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a CS role
  • Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills to deliver results
  • Ability to plan, execute and manage multiple programs at once
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to write effective copy
  • Experience in using multiple tech stack including: SFDC, Gainsight, GoToWebinar, Skilljar, WordPress, video/audio editing software
  • Familiarity with B2B lifecycle marketing, growth and retention best practices, and the latest marketing technologies
