Ready to build the go-to-market operations for a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company? As a Business Systems Director / Sr. Manager, you will lead a team doing just that. The Revenue Operations team is building the blueprint to help Qualia scale. Our goal: support our go-to-market partners and help Qualia realize revenue faster and more predictably. As a key leader within our team, you will work directly with Qualia's go-to-market teams to ensure our core GTM infrastructure is built for scale.


As the leader of the Business Systems team, you will be responsible for developing a world class technical team. You'll utilize agile principles to estimate, prioritize, plan and deliver solutions with the highest return on time invested. You will develop a roadmap process which provides business stakeholders visibility to problems that will be solved over near- and long-term timeframes.

You will also be responsible for building a team that is capable of addressing any business system needs which span administration, development, performance, and infrastructure. This includes directly engaging with and managing 3rd party vendors to fill skill gaps where necessary.

Design & execute world-class sales systems

  • Architect SFDC and a GTM tech stack (sales, marketing, and customer success systems) to scale with a complex, rapidly growing sales org at $100M+ ARR
  • Proactively understand our GTM team's needs and build the systems to help streamline their day-to-day
  • Design, prioritize, and manage a technical roadmap with multiple business stakeholders
  • Establish and continually improve an Agile/Scrum sprint methodology, roadmap, and release management process for business system projects and operational maintenance work
  • Proactively manage technical debt within a 12 month roadmap horizon

Lead a team of humble, hungry sales operations professionals

  • Develop, hire, coach, and lead a small team within business systems and revenue operations
  • Lead team goal-setting and define deliverables and timelines across all business application domains
  • Establish key metrics that will measure your team's performance
  • Develop a resource planning model which provides an accurate understanding of working capacity
  • Guide daily team execution of operational responsibilities
  • Establish a closed loop for team and stakeholder feedback which enables you to continuously improve team operations eNPS
  • Establish a growth-mindset and empower your team to continually improve

Partner with key go-to-market leaders & external vendors

  • Partner with leaders across marketing, sales, and revenue operations to ensure alignment and drive the prioritization of your team's work
  • Actively manage 3P vendor relationships to optimize tool usage, minimize costs, and proactively manage contract renewal negotiations
  • Ensure solutions developed across all GTM teams can scale and maintain cohesive data integrity

Measuring your impact

  • Your team will deliver the right solutions which empower business stakeholders to meet and exceed their strategic business goals
  • Overall revenue velocity and time-to-value will continually improve
  • You will reduce the volume of disrupting, high-impact bugs introduced as a result of the solutions the team delivers
  • Our SFDC system architecture, solutions, and data will enable us to scale for the next several years

  • Minimum 8-10 years of ever-increasing responsibility in Business Systems, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep knowledge of Business Systems administration and development best practices across SFDC and Marketing/CS/Sales tech stacks
  • Proven ability to create robust, scalable software solutions directly with functional and technical business system resources
  • Demonstrated application of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Subject matter expert in system integration business best practices, security, and performance optimization
  • Master of problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution development
  • Hands-on development experience with technologies related to the SFDC tech stack preferred
  • Project management whiz: You can scope a complex project, break it into chunks, and execute against a work plan. You communicate deliverables regularly and avoid preventable fire drills.
  • You love partnering: You get that organizations are made up of very different parts. You influence others and co-pilot cross-team initiatives
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
