Qualia is hiring Account Executives for our Austin office.
This is a full cycle, outbound, inside sales role. Our prospects are owners of real estate title companies and, in some states, real estate attorneys. You'll be calling them, setting up remote demos of our product, and walking them through what Qualia does for our customers.
Here's the lowdown on the product and what we're looking for.
This is a specialized piece of industry software that is leagues ahead of our competition. The challenge is that most of our prospects have been using the same software since they first installed it from a CD-ROM 15 years ago. In fact, we're so far head of the curve that Qualia is basically its own category of software.
Can you spell inertia?
So that's the bad news (yeah, the worst thing our reps deal with is that our software is so far ahead of the competition that our prospects have difficulty grasping what it can do).
Here's the good news.
When we can finally get the right people in the room, we are closing at an insane rate. So, what we need are Account Executives that are experienced in software sales and experienced in selling to late curve technology adopters. If you're the one that finally got your grandfather to buy an iPad so that he and grandma could ditch the conference call method for birthdays and learn to FaceTime... you should apply.
